Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lips and Lashes by Yane! We want your new favorites to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches and busy seasons, processing may take a little longer, but we will always get your order out as quickly as we can.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time
All orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates from USPS and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 per order. Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over $50!

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a USPS tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lips and Lashes by Yane is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS marks them as delivered. We are still here for you, though: if this happens, email us and we will gladly help you file a claim with USPS.

Please Double-Check Your Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including any apartment or unit number. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, email us right away and we will do our best to fix it before your order ships.
